Building this site in three classes

Three sessions: workflow and concept, a build walkthrough, then customisation and deployment.

The thing that made it work was making session one end with a written specification — page inventory, what content goes where, what the site is for. Students then briefed the AI against their own document rather than asking it for a website.

The thing that nearly broke it was environment setup. Node installs and account creation ate most of a session the first time. Now it is homework between sessions one and two, with a single command to run and a screenshot to submit.
